Naomi LaViolette performs as the pianist for the Oregon Repertory Singers’ concert “Finding Light,” together with the Portland Youth Philharmonic Camerata and the ORS Youth choir. The program features Lux Aeterna, commonly considered the most beautiful twentieth-century work for choir and orchestra, composed by National Medal of Arts winner and beloved Oregonian composer Morten Lauridsen, and a new work for choir and orchestra by Filipino-American composer Matthew Lyon Hazzard.
